TERMS OF DELIVERY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Free of Charge for delivery is provided by NOAKPRO in Hong and Macau areas. Other areas please informed customer services. 

You can find our delivery process below:

1. For Hong Kong and Macau areas, products will be delivered within 7 days after order have been confirmed. 

Other areas will be delivered separately. Please informed our customer services immediately if product have not received within 10 days or any

questions on delivery.

2. To confirm the order, once NUO product is dispatched, NOAKPRO will provide a tracking number by email notification to customer. 

3. To ensure the product is smoothly delivered, please kindly provide a telephone number for our customer services to contact 

(such as whatsapp and phone can be used).

4. Please be patient during delivery process.

5.****Please checkout the personal information provided before payment to ensure the address provided by customer is correct.

 NOAKPRO is not responsible for any loss due to the inaccuracy information/details provided by customer.

6. A surcharge of $400hkd will be applied for 2nd delivery or changing address for delivery.

Please noted order cannot be cancelled after payment have been confirmed. 

Customer should informed to NOAKPRO before payment for any change of delivery schedule or reasonable requirement.
